Logistics Manager (Tent Transportation)

We need a person with:
• Experience from 1 year in international tent transportation;
• Knowledge of the rules of transportation of goods;
• Knowledge of forms of transport, cargo and financial documentation;
• Understanding of the technological process of the transport organization;
• Knowledge of the rules for registration of goods;
• Knowledge of standards, conditions of transportation and packaging of goods;
• Ability to multitask and work with a large amount of information;
• Focus on results.
Tasks of the logistician for tent transportation:
• Acceptance of applications for transportation;
• Organization and control of the execution of orders of the company for the transportation of goods and related transportation services;
• Order the required number of vehicles to fulfill the daily shipping plan;
• Implementation of operational communication with drivers-freight forwarders;
• Informing employees of the sales department about the location of goods and agreeing on the conditions of carriage, if necessary;
• Ensuring the entry into electronic databases of information and shipping documents;
• Maintaining the established documentation and preparation of reports on time;
• Conducting settlements with customers and suppliers, checking invoices for services rendered;
• Consideration of claims and resolution of conflicts with transport companies;
• Calculation of transport costs;
• Work in 1C.

We need a person with:
• 1 year or more experience in a similar position;
• Practical skills of work in 1C: 8;
• Accounting education (economic, financial);
• Willingness and ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Knowledge of the basics of foreign economic activity and support of import / export operations will be a significant advantage.
Assistant Accountant Tasks:
